ThermaSolutions, a leader in Surgical Oncology, announces the retirement of Willem and Lenie
ter Stege who has served as President and CEO since 2012. Their leadership has been
instrumental in guiding the company’s growth in Hyperthermic Medical Technology. Willem and
Lenie officially retired December of 2020. They continued their involvement to ensure a smooth
handover of responsibilities to new CEO – Steven Davis until July 2023.
Steven expressed enthusiasm about the new role, saying, “I am honored to take on this
responsibility and lead such a talented team. Together, we will build on the foundation
established by Willem and Lenie ter Stege and drive ThermaSolutions towards new heights.”
